Ensuring Patients Needs Are Met

The practice recognises the frustration some patients may have trying to be seen by a member of the clinical team as such the Jenner operates a clinical triage process. This process ensures that any patient that requires urgent medical attention will be placed on a triage list and a GP or Nurse Practitioner will call you back on the same day.  If the medical team feel that a patient needs to be seen urgently you will then be provided with a same day appointment.  The Jenner also runs a “warm transfer” so any patients calling in the morning can be transferred directly to speak to a GP if appropriate. 

The health centre understands how stressful it can be for parents/guardians when young children are unwell so we commit to always seeing poorly children on the same day.
